Taking You Back Old School - Extended

  Hi everyone. I want to first apologize for not being around as often as I should or as I'd like to be.  My last semester in college has been crazy... It's not so much that I'm loaded with classes but the classes that I do have require a lot of my time.  I've been prepping a lot for my digital portfolio, I'm making that and creating pieces for it.  Along with all of that I've been looking for work without too much luck so far but maybe something will come up, I really hope it does.  I was thinking I'd be able to have some new things ready for all of you this month but unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to... at least not as soon as I'd like so I'm extending last month's challenges to the end of this month.  My uncle, who was near and dear to me and a lot of people in our family passed away on Monday and my family has been dealing with that... trying to keep my aunt busy and just being there and together during this time.  I won't dwell on it much more, I just wanted all of you to know that I'm still around and I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to be here the way I want to be.  Thank you so much for hanging with me during these hectic and tough times, I truly appreciate it.

last semesters of collegeare supposed to be crazy, or so I've been told.  I dropped out before then, but Isaw the effect it had on others.  Good luck with the job hunt.  Hopefully you're able to find something wonderful, or at the very least something that could lead to something wonderful down the road.
I'm happy to have the extentions on the challenges.  My muse hasn't been as co-operative as I'd like so things really aren't moving along there.
Sorry about your uncle hun.   Between that and everything else please take all the time you need, okay?

Don't worry about the forum, just be here when you think you can/need to be here. Besides you're here tons more than I am anymore. And I'm here more than Brandon so that makes you the good admin! 

I will hope school gets less crazy for you.

Thank you both so much. It's been really different and I think everyone is really just trying to adjust right now.  I know I'm not supposed to have favorites, but he was really one of my favorite uncles and I'm going to miss him a lot.  I take comfort in knowing though that he is in a better place and that he isn't hurting anymore.  It was really hard to see him in the hospital and in the recovery center during his last few days.  He was always skinny but he got really thin and the doctor who I guess examined his body said it might have been his body rejecting the blood that was given to him a few days before he passed.  Anyway, I just wanted to thank you both again for the wishes, it means a lot.
